"I gave 4 stars because most of the time I get excellent customer service. Today, unfortunately they didn't get my drink correct. Has happened a few times. It is very annoying! This is not a London Fog as ordered, it is just tea."

"I don’t really come out to Murietta too often but this is my favorite Starbucks out here! I just stopped by at around 12:45PM for a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with blonde ristretto shots and the baristas welcomed me in, wished me well as we left and they wrote the most uplifting message on the cup alongside the cutest drawing of a snail which made me smile and laugh out loud! Thanks for your awesome-ness!"

"Isaiah is wonderful but as far as starbucks as a chain its mid coffee I recommend going to a local shop if you want good coffee but if you want good service come here Isaiah was really nice and gave me an amazing vibe 10/10 service totally recommend"

"Updated review: Located off the 215 Fwy off the Murrieta Hot Springs exit in the 'Murrieta Town Center' shopping center near 'Amazon Fresh', with drive-thru and plenty of parking. My sister and I stopped here this morning for her bday coffee. I had a hot 'Pumpkin Spice Latte' and it tasted great. A perfect balance of steamed milk, espresso, and pumpkin pie spice, topped with whip cream. Customer service has improved at this location. Service today in the lobby was welcoming, fast, and efficient. Overall, we had a good experience this morning. *** 5/5/2022. This Starbucks is off the 215 Fwy off the Murrieta Hot Springs exit in the Burlington shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. Today I had a "Pink Drink" which is a Strawberry Acai Refresher w/accents of Passion Fruit & creamy Coconut Milk, perfect for this hot day. The drink was pretty satisfying but this location's drive-thru lacks customer service pretty bad, not even a "hello" or "thank you" in fact I had to ask for my total so I could pay which makes it awkward."

"I love their cappuccino. The child loves the sandwich and some sweet balls on a stick. And some kind of pink drink. Going for water with jam. This is what we always order! Thank you. It was very dirty that day. Garbage, rags, dirty table. But perhaps it was evening and the employees did not have time. But any review is a review! Thank you"

"I have been coming to this Starbucks drive thru for the last 5yrs or so. I have never had any problems. My food and drinks are always as I order. I never have to wait too long. Workers are all nice and up beat. No attitudes."
